Roy Nouhra, CEO Of ASIS Boats Appointed
New Board Member Of The Sealegs Corporation Limited – New Zealand
Sealegs Corporation Limited (NZX: SLG) has today announced a change to their board.
The board has appointed CEO Of ASIS Boats Roy Raymond Nouhra as a new board member.
Mr. Nourha has considerable experience as a senior executive of successful start-ups, turnarounds, and high-growth companies. He is a graduate of George Washington University, where he received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Masters of Engineering Management degrees. He also holds a business degree from Harvard Business School.
He is currently the CEO, Shareholder and Board Member of ASIS Boats LLC. which manufactures leisure, commercial, and military boats. He is also the CEO, Shareholder and Board Member of Ocean Craft Marine USA which specializes in custom-built military boats for the US military as well as Co-CEO, Shareholder and Board Member for Solico Group of Companies.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.2 the Board considers Roy Nourha qualifies as an independent director as defined in the NZX Main Board Listing Rules.
